A two-car garage on a Westborough cul-de-sac and a shipping dock near the airport have more in common than you might think. Both need a slab that is clean, sound and dry enough to bond. We bring the same testing and grinding equipment to both and scale the crew to the job.
How we earn trust
We show up on the day we promise and stay until the day's work is done. Quotes are written and itemized. We protect walls, doors and anything that cannot be moved. Grinding happens with dust extraction attached. When we leave, the floor is finished, the space is clean and you know exactly when you can use it.
The foggy-slab reality
Damp concrete is the norm in this part of the Peninsula. We have learned to read it, test it and choose primers that suit it, instead of hoping for a dry week.
