Our location
Our address: 531 Airport Blvd, Unit F, South San Francisco, CA 94080
We visit homes and businesses anywhere in South San Francisco, CA.
For homeowners
Tell us the size of the garage, whether it is under living space and if anything is on the floor now. Photos help. If a previous coating is coming up, the repair page explains what we will check.
For businesses
Let us know the square footage, what happens on the floor day to day, any chemicals in use, and your scheduling limits. If there is a facilities contact or a general contractor, include them and we will coordinate directly.
The walk-through
We measure, read the moisture, inspect cracks and joints and look at existing coatings. Then we send a written proposal with scope, products and timing. There is no charge for the visit.
We answer the phone Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
Residential timing
Fog does not stop us from working, but a cold, damp day lengthens cure times. For homeowners on the west side, we usually build an extra day into the schedule so nobody feels rushed to move the car back in. Our office will confirm the plan by text before the crew arrives and again the evening before.
